DELIVERY

1.If your order is confirmed, you must pay the product price and, if any, other additional fees, such as shipping charges, taxes.

3. RIGHT TO EXCHANGE

3. In order for you to make a change you must contact us via the following contact addresses within 24 hours from the time of receive and you have to state your exchange request.

4. If the notification is not made in due time, you will unfortunately lose your right to exchange, we are sorry in advance for this.

5. If you reach us within the period, we will give you the information of the courier company we have contracted with and the exchange code.

6. Within 10 days after receiving the code, you must deliver the product you want to exchange and any attachments, accessories, packaging, invoice, if any, warranty certificate, user manual and other documents of the product, complete and undamaged, to the address specified below to the Company.

7. All costs that may arise during the sending of the products for exchange will be yours, including the shipping fee. 8. Due to our company policy, unfortunately, we cannot allow you to use the right to exchange in the following products and situations:
In line with your demands before the order, the product/products that have gained personal qualities by making modifications, changes or additions and products that are not suitable for return due to their nature,

If the delivery address is abroad, in cases where your local legislation does not grant you the right to exchange,
